We were visited early this morning by this wonderful father and son duo (with mom joining via video call ❤️) to pick up their very first Ball Python..

It was such a heart warming moment especially seeing how excited and gentle the little one was when he saw and held a snake for the very first time. Moments like these remind us why we love what we do.

For those who may not know, Ball Pythons are non-venomous, calm, and one of the best exotic pet snakes, making them a great choice for families and first time keepers when cared for properly.

Sometimes people will really test your patience to its absolute limits. After all the effort, time, paperwork, and preparations… suddenly comes the BS alibi the kind that even Albert Einstein himself wouldn’t be able to process 🧠🧠🧠

Please understand: reserving an animal is a commitment, not a “let me think about it until the last second” situation. Time is valuable, and so is honesty.

Let this be a reminder to be aware of this kind of people.
Respect goes a long way and so does clear communication.

Back to the rehoming album we go… lesson learned 🤷‍♂️
