. this community dog was likely hit in the eye, causing irreversible injury.
Thankfully, a kindhearted pet lover brought her to our clinic.
She may have lost an eye, but she will forever be grateful to the compassionate individual who saved her🙏

on a Corgi

Assisting a Corgi during whelping requires close observation because Corgis are chondrodysplastic (short-legged) breed with a narrow pelvis, making them prone to dystocia (difficult labor) and large puppy heads or rib cages can easily get hung up in the mother's pelvic opening.
Luckily this Corgi gave birth naturally to seven healthy pups and didn't require an emergency Cesarean section.
