HOWIE has officially completed his vaccination. šŸ’“ He hit all the right notes throughout his visit. Congratulations, HOWIE! šŸ„³šŸŽ‰šŸ‘

Yes, cats need vaccinations too! Aside from Anti-Rabies, the 4-in-1 vaccine helps protect against Feline Herpes Virus-1(FHV-1), Feline Calici Virus (FCV), Feline Panleukopenia Virus(FPV) and Chlamydia felis, that are common causes of respiratory and eye problems.

Keep your cat’s vaccinations up to date, especially during peak season when infectious diseases are more common.

KNOW THE WARNING SIGNS 🚨

Is your pet straining to urinate, unable to urinate, or passing bloody urine?

These signs may indicate a serious urinary condition. Urinary obstruction is an emergency and requires immediate veterinary attention.

This was the case of Enoki, diagnosed with kidney and urinary bladder stones. The bladder stone was surgically removed through cystotomy, an incision into the urinary bladder for stone removal, while the kidney stones were managed medically through appropriate treatment and dietary management.

With timely diagnosis, appropriate treatment, and strict dietary compliance, Enoki recovered well.

Congratulations, Enoki! šŸŽ‰šŸ„³šŸ‘Kudos to his furmom for her dedication and care.

We sincerely thank the clinic that accommodated our referral for diagnostic imaging!

If your pet shows these warning signs, seek veterinary care promptly.

Did you know?

Male dogs and cats with only one visible testicle should be castrated. This condition, known as cryptorchidism, occurs when one or both testicles fail to descend into the sc***um. Retained testicles have a significantly higher risk of developing testicular tumors and torsion. Because cryptorchidism is hereditary, affected animals should not be bred. Surgical castration involves removing both the retained and the descended testicle to eliminate these risks.

Early intervention can help prevent serious health complications. Give your pet the care they deserve, schedule neutering procedure at Signal Vet and Pet Salon today.
