• Reduces risk of Diseases - Healthy slime coat & natural barrier against parasites & bacteria
HOW TO USE
1. Direct to water - for freshwater fish, guppy, betta, cichlid, goldfish
Standard aquarium dose:
• Powder type: 0.4g per 10 liters every 3-4 days
• Or if you do weekly water change: 1g per 100 liters per week - this is safest for beginners.
For small tanks:
• 10L betta jar = a tiny pinch (about 0.1g, like tip of a toothpick)
• 50L tank = 1 teaspoon approx 2g per 50L once a week
• 60L tank = 0.025g per 60L if it's a very concentrated white mineral
How to apply:
1. Take a cup of tank water.
2. Dissolve the powder in it - stir well.
3. Pour slowly into filter outflow. It will make water slightly cloudy for 1-2 hours, then crystal clear.
4. Don't pour powder directly on fish.
5. Run air stone. Close container right after use - it absorbs moisture
2. For shrimp tank - cherry, crystal red, caridina
Shrimp need minerals for molting. Use lighter dose but more frequent:
1 ml per 20 liters (5 gallons) once a week if liquid, or powder equivalent
Goal is GH 4-6, TDS 150-200 for Neocaridina, GH 6 for Caridina. If you use RO water, remineralize to about 6 dGH / 300 uS.
Also good for mixing into food: Mironekuton Powder is also highly suitable for mixing into your self-made shrimp food - add 0.5g per 100g of DIY food dough.
3. For substrate / slow release
You can also mix into substrate: Dissolve 1 teaspoon per 50L and ensure even distribution or use mineral balls: 1x 10mm ball per gallon, or 1x 25mm ball per 3 gallons
What it does in aquarium
• Raises GH slightly and provides calcium/magnesium for bone, scale, exoskeleton
• Improves slime coat, color, and breeding
• Bacteria colonize the clay particles - helps biofilter
• Adsorbs toxins but does NOT replace water changes
Precautions for aquarium
• Always monitor. If GH jumps more than 2 degrees in one day, do 30% water change. To raise GH by 1 degree, dose is about 5 mL per 40L - don't overshoot.
• Remove activated carbon for 2 hours after dosing if you want full effect.
• Don't use with salt or medicines at same time.
• If water becomes too hard / white deposits on glass - stop for 2 weeks
