The season you are trying to fast forward through is the very season God is using to birth something in you.
So many believers right now are looking at the clock of their circumstances and praying, “God, can we skip this part?”
Skip the pressure.
Skip the waiting.
Skip the pruning.
Skip the breaking.
But, you cannot skip the season that produces the promise.
What you thought was going to bury you was actually God planting you.
A seed looks buried before it ever looks blessed.
When a seed goes into the ground it disappears into darkness.
It is surrounded by dirt, pressure, and weight.
From the outside it looks like death.
It looks like the end.
But heaven understands something the seed doesn’t yet see, burial is often the first stage of birth.
What felt like confinement was actually cultivation.
What felt like loss was actually preparation.
What felt like silence was actually formation.
Because God does His deepest work in hidden places, where no one can see it.
Do not despise the season of refining.
Refining is not rejection.
Refining is proof.
Gold is not proven when it shines, it is proven when it survives the fire.
The fire removes what doesn’t belong so the purity can emerge.
The heat exposes the mixture so the authenticity can remain.
Scripture says the trial of your faith is more precious than gold that perishes though it be tried by fire.
God allows the fire not to harm you, but to reveal what is real inside of you.
And many are also in a season of radical pruning.
Things are being cut away.
Relationships are shifting.
Opportunities are closing.
Comfort zones are disappearing.
And it can feel painful because pruning always looks like loss before it produces life.
But, the season of radical pruning always precedes a season of radical fruit.
God prunes what He plans to increase.
So if things are being cut away in your life, it is not because God is done with you, it is because God is preparing you for a level of fruit you have never carried before.
Don’t rush the season.
Don’t resent the process.
Don’t curse the ground you’ve been planted in.
Because the same soil you thought was suffocating you is actually nourishing you.
The same pressure you thought would crush you is actually causing roots to go deeper.
And when the time of emergence comes, when God says “Now,” what comes out of this season will not be weak, shallow, or temporary.
It will be rooted.
It will be refined.
It will be fruitful.
Because the place you thought was your burial, is actually the place of your birth.
