Kohaku swordtail

An aquarium hobby classic, the swordtail is a livebearing species found through parts of Central America but it has been bred worldwide for the aquarium hobby for decades. In that time, the wild form has been developed in to dozens of varieties and color forms, including the popular red brick, tuxedo, pineapple, and many more. The Kohaku Koi Swordtail is distinguished by its vivid red and white coloration and deep red eyes. A peaceful, hardy, and active fish, they are often recommended for beginners due to their ease of care. Male swordtails display the prominent lower tail fin extension that the species is named for, and females tend to be larger and more heavy bodied.

Showa swordtail

Tri-color swordtail, is popularly known as Sanke or Showa swordtail when the fish’s body has Red, Black, and White. The name "Sanke or Showa" was borrowed from Koi fish. However, the name Sanke and Showa was long used interchangeably to swordtail hobbyists, rather than a clear distinguish in Koi hobby.
For your further reference, it is said that, Sanke implied White base color on Koi, while Showa, black is dominant in fish background.
The creation of Sanke / Showa is pretty much straight forward. You can always create them by cross breeding “red and white” swordtail to a strain of swordtail carrying black pigment. Thus, resulting many varieties of tri-color which I would help you to tell the difference below.

Convict cichlids (Amatitlania nigrofasciata) are a freshwater species of cichlid that come from Central America. Their different types can be found in countries all along the Atlantic and Pacific coasts such as Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras.

These fish come from lakes and streams in this region with a moderate amount of current. Their natural habitat has plenty of wood and rocks for them to use as a place to hide in between feeding. Convict cichlids are omnivores and aren’t picky when it comes to finding food!

A Red Cherry Shrimp can be a great little freshwater shrimp to add to an aquarium. Their bright red color really adds beauty to a tank, especially one loaded with live green aquarium plants and black gravel or substrate. Cherry Shrimp or Neocaridina heteropoda, also known simply as Cherry Shrimp, are natives of Taiwan. But most available in stores today are bread in captivity as they can reproduce in fresh water. Red Cherry Shrimp are active and interesting to watch. Here is an HD video of a Red Cherry Shrimp feeding in a planted aquarium.

The Blue Velvet Shrimp is a species of freshwater shrimp that simply look amazing. Their vibrant blue color almost looks fake when you see it for the first time. Because of this, a decent number of aquarists want one for their tank at home.

Zebra Obliquidens (Astatotilapia latifasciata) are an excellent introduction to Lake Victorian and African cichlids in general. They exhibit comparatively low levels of aggression, though some males can be particularly feisty if they feel their territory is being encroached upon. They can get along with Victorian cichlids, but also Malawi cichlids including Peacocks and mbuna. Scattered rock piles will allow them to form territories and seek shelter when threatened.
