Dental disease is one of the most commonly overlooked conditions in dogs and cats, and oftentimes, pet owners only notice the clinical signs when it’s already too late. Regular dental check-ups can help detect problems early.

🦷 Common signs of dental disease include:
1. Persistent foul mouth odor
2. Reluctance to eat, which may lead to significant weight loss
3. Behavioral changes, such as excessive pawing at the mouth or unusual aggression due to pain
4. Excessive salivation, which may be blood-tinged
5. Discolored teeth

To our valued clients,

At our clinic, patient safety remains our highest priority. To ensure that every surgical procedure receives the time, attention, and resources it requires, we temporarily suspend walk-in consultations and adjust home service schedules around our planned surgeries.

Recently, we have experienced an increasing number of last-minute surgery cancellations. These cancellations affect our scheduling and our ability to accommodate other patients who may need timely medical care.

To help us maintain an efficient schedule and continue providing the highest standard of care, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, A ₱500 NON-REFUNDABLE SCHEDULING FEE will be required to secure all surgery appointments.

Please note:
1. The ₱500 down payment is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of the reason for cancellation, rescheduling, failure to appear, or change of plans.

2. The ₱500 will be deducted from your total bill on the day of the surgery.

3. Surgery slots will only be confirmed once the scheduling fee has been received.

4. Clients may reschedule their surgery appointment ONCE, and the ₱500 reservation fee will still be credited toward the final bill. ANY SECOND RESCHEDULING REQUEST WILL RESULT IN THE FORFEITURE OF THE ₱500 CREDIT. The reserved surgery slot may be moved, but the original ₱500 reservation fee will no longer be deductible from the final bill.

5. This policy applies only to non-emergency LOW-COST surgeries (spay, castration, dental prophylaxis and extractions).

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy helps us better serve all our patients while maintaining a safe and organised surgical schedule. Thank you for your continued trust and support.

Weight loss is most often associated with a deteriorating health while excessive weight gain indicates metabolic/hormonal issues.

Routinely checking your pet's weight, at an ideal interval rate of at least twice a month, is an inexpensive diagnostic tool that could help clients, patients, and vets in detecting issues early on.

Here at the clinic, we give our patients extra care and help monitor their weight closely without having to drop by for frequent vet visits. Simply send us a message of the weight and we will do the graphing for you.

We do not call clients for transactions, as all transactions are either sent from email or our page. Please DO NOT transact with these numbers. 2. And to add, we DO NOT OFFER HOME SERVICE SURGERIES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. All our surgeries are done within the clinic premises to ensure strict surgical protocols. Our home services are limited to check - ups, non - emergency cases, and vaccinations.
