To SAN JUAN, APALIT and CAMELLA FIORENZA residents, please make sure that your pets’ ANTI-RABIES VACCINATIONS are updated. There was a recent case of RABIES in the said areas.

Have your pets vaccinated and keep them rabies-free!

There are increased DISTEMPER cases reported around San Miguel and San Jose, San Simon in the past 4 days. Pet owners in these area are advised to have their pets vaccinated or given booster shots to prevent infection and avoid outbreaks.

Please be informed of our NEW CLINIC GUIDELINES:

1. Appointment/Number System
-scheduled appointments will be prioritized over walk-ins.

2. Senior citizens or people below 21 will not be allowed inside. We might ask for your ID, please bring one.

3. Temperature Check
- all clients that are above 37.5 degrees Celsius will be asked to step outside. Please bear with us.

4. Attendance - we will require your NAME, CONTACT NUMBER, ADDRESS and AGE to be written down on a provided form. Please be honest.

5. Lastly, clients coming from areas under LOCKDOWN or ECQ WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INSIDE. If you have a VET EMERGENCY, please call us at 0917-102-3242 or message us thru our page so we could help you.

10-12 years daw ang tipikal na life span ng isang golden retriever, pinakamatagal na raw ang 15 years kaya espesyal ang pagdiriwang ng birthday ni Augie.

What are their differences?

Here is a quick guide.

ADDENDUM: Just to avoid confusion. The terminologies used to identify the vaccines (e.g., "5 in 1") are their widely-used names and do not necessarily indicate the number of diseases covered. For example, the term "8 in 1" doesn't mean it covers 8 diseases, but rather connotes the two extra serovars of Leptospira. On paper, "5 in 1 (LR)" and "6 in 1" vaccines cover more diseases than "8 in 1." In fact, "8 in 1" covers the exact same diseases that "5 in 1" prevents (except the two extra Leptospira serovars).

Aspins (Asong Pinoy) are commonly seen roaming in the streets. They are also considered as hardy dogs because of its genetic pool of multiple breeds. This gives them more immunity to hereditary diseases and sickness.

There are a lot of common misconceptions about this breed. One is that they are far less intelligent than other breeds of dogs which is certainly not true.

They are known to be loyal and intelligent that can be easily trained and are good companions to children. A lot of household have Aspins at home, and they can be relied in guarding the house especially at night. They may not be really considered as a breed by AKC or other dog organization, however, our team strongly thinks they deserve a spot in our list.
