✨ Good news! We can offer our Pencil Booking service!

What is Pencil Booking?

Unlike a regular appointment where a specific time is reserved, Pencil Booking places your furbaby in our grooming queue.

Here's how it works:

🐾 We'll let you know approximately how many furbabies are ahead of yours.

🐾 About 1 hour before your furbaby's turn, we'll send you a message so you have time to head to the salon.

🐾 Please confirm or let us know you're on your way. If we don't receive a confirmation or there's no response after we've sent the reminder, the Pencil Booking will be released and we'll proceed with the next furbaby in line. Your furbaby will then be accommodated after that, depending on the current queue.

💜 Why Pencil Booking instead of appointments?

Every grooming session is different. Some pets require more time because of their coat condition, behavior, or special needs. We also welcome walk-in customers, so waiting times can change throughout the day.

Pencil Booking gives us the flexibility to keep the grooming line moving fairly while helping reduce the amount of time your furbaby spends waiting inside the salon.

🐶🐱 This service is especially helpful for furbabies who:

🐾 Get anxious when separated from their furparents for a long time

🐾 Aren't comfortable staying in a cage for long periods

🐾 Become stressed when waiting for extended hours

💜 We can line up your furbaby for you and let you know when their turn is coming up—so they can stay comfortably at home for as long as possible.
