Cosy Cats Retreat Formerly known as "Fussy Cats" we are the brand new owners Linda and Nick. With lots of love and cuddles added in! Check us out for your cats next holiday.

While you are out having adventures we are wanting to give your cats an adventure of their own! Lets us introduce ourselves. We are Linda and Nick Rowson, the proud new owners of Cosy Cats Retreat (formerly Fussy Cats). As avid animal lovers it has always been my dream to own a cattery and thought why not bring my husband and 4 kids along for the ride! When the opportunity came to purchase Fussy Cats, we jumped in with two feet. We are looking forward to making changes over the next few months that will leave your cats feeling like they are in a home away from home. But don't worry we will still be open for Xmas with little to no disruption for all our guests. I come with a wealth of knowledge of animal care and what I don't know I am happy to learn. I have volunteered for Auckland Zoo, Riding for the disabled, farm stays. Worked in large format Pet Stores and currently volunteering at the Whangarei SPCA. I am excited to be able to meet and take care of you and your family.

Happy Thursday! Hope everyone is having a great week 🥰
We will be closed for bookings 3 weeks after Labour weekend 28 Oct to approximately 22 November. We need to do our annual spraying, deep clean and have a much deserved reset, before the Xmas rush! 🌸🐾

Sometimes I get good pictures sometimes I don’t 🤭 sometimes they are just too interested in the loves or the camera 📷 🥰🐾...

This is our cat Redd, he likes to fight with Possums. Unfortunately he comes off second best! Good thing there is a cattery he can recover in! He enjoyed his stay but is happy to be home and exploring 🤭

This is Bella’s first stay with her brother she is very shy and timid but loved having her first cuddles tonight. Always at their own pace and time. 💓🥰

Hope everyone is having a lovely week and staying dry! Just to let you know we will be closed for any new bookings Sunda...
