We now offer GapOnly® for pet insurance payments!

Instead of paying your full bill upfront and waiting to be reimbursed, we can process your GapOnly® claim on the spot while you’re still in the clinic.

Is your pet insurance eligible? Check here: https://gaponly.co.nz/gaponly-insurance-partners/

It takes around 10 minutes to send the claim away for assessment, and once approved, you’ll just pay the gap (the difference between the invoice and your eligible claim benefit).
💳✨

Got questions? Chat to our friendly reception team!

*The gap means the difference between the vet’s invoice and the eligible claim benefit under your policy. GapOnly® is available on eligible claims at participating Vets with a pet insurance policy administered by PetSure (Australia) Pty Ltd ABN 95 075 949 923, NZBN 9429049378085 (PetSure) and underwritten by The Hollard Insurance Company Pty Ltd (NZBN 9429042129851, FSP 480747) (Hollard). GapOnly® is a trademark owned by PetSure.

🐾Paws through the doors🐾

Koda and Bandit came in for desexing (in their ADORABLE harnesses), and they were fascinated by the hospital and Dr Julene.

We love it when our patients take an interest in our work!

Congratulations to Zoe, our clinic coordinator, who is celebrating 9 years at First Vets!

Zoe is an absolute SUPERSTAR who has been involved in almost all areas of our clinic. Starting in reception, then moving to vet nursing in our hospital, and now as our clinic coordinator!

Thanks for everything you do Zoe! We're so lucky to have you!!!

P.S. Thanks to Sweet St GF Bakery - the cupcakes and slices were delicious!
