Everyone be aware of this individual who posted multiple times that all rescue dogs should be killed or left to die because it's "kinder" and "would solve the overpopulation".
She posted long unintelligible rants and we couldn't recover them all after she was banned, but one message was clear: that all rescues are better DEAD. More dangerously, she claims she is a rescue. Please DO NOT let her get anywhere near any dog!

The pups were found last night by hunters, and we’ve seen the full footage of their discovery. We’re sharing the location in case anyone has information about their mom, who is likely desperately searching for them. The pups need their mom, and she needs them too, as she’s at peak lactation and at risk of mastitis and serious complications. We’re happy to take her in for the next 4–5 weeks until the pups are 8 weeks old. If you have any information about the mother, please share—six tiny pups need her! We’ve also informed the local pound, who are wonderful people that care for dogs as much as we do, in case she turns up.

URGENT!!
As previously mentioned, we’re currently closed for intake. Just last night, hunters found a litter of six tiny pups, eyes barely open, hidden in the boot of a burnt-out car deep in Waioeka Gorge!!! SIX! They didn't ask to be born and didn't ask to be dumped like trash!! And they are much too young to be without a mom!! So what can you do? Say no??? Where can they go when everyone is already full and overwhelmed - us included? We hate to be put between a rock and a hard place but here we are!
The K9 team is exhausted, funds and supplies are running low, all recent community adoptions being free—no donations have been coming in. We need milk, pads, puppy food, adult dog food, funds for vet checks and vaccinations, cleaning supplies, collars and leashes to walk the dogs, and sterile supplies to care for the little ones. We can't keep going without your support—and your prayers—to help us manage it all!

Community rehome - just look at these three Husky x beauties!!
PJ, Ata, and Ghost are beautiful sisters—a mix of Husky, German Shepherd, and Border Collie—just 18 months old and in search of loving homes. They’re super friendly with people and dogs, and are vaccinated, microchipped, and desexed. Still living with their mom in Taranaki, they’re being reluctantly rehomed by their owners due to living costs. They adore kids, though their playful energy can sometimes knock over little ones, and they’ve lived with cats under supervision, though it’s unclear how they’d be if left alone with them.
These girls are loved, well cared for, and cherished family members who need homes where they’ll continue to be treasured.
