Puku's foster writes:
Puku is a sweet, gentle girl who loves a good play session just as much as a cuddle. She's always on the lookout for a comfy spot to curl up and relax, especially if there's a soft blanket to rub her belly against! She also loves being held and cuddled, although like any independent little lady, it's on her terms.
Puku is a clever pup who loves her food, making treats a great motivator when it comes to training. She's making fantastic progress with her toilet training, using both puppy pads and going outside, with just the occasional accident. She also knows her crate is her safe space and happily sleeps through the night without any accidents.
Puku has enjoyed meeting new people on a few outings and is slowly discovering the world around her. While she hasn't met many dogs outside her littermates, she looks to her humans for reassurance when she's feeling unsure. She's currently living with her sister, so building her independence will be an important part of her ongoing development.
Like any young puppy, Puku is discovering the joys of chewing and loves having plenty of chew toys, ropes and the occasional backyard stick to keep her entertained. She's also learning her basic commands and household manners.
Puku would thrive with a loving, patient family who can help build her confidence through positive experiences, continued training and plenty of opportunities to explore.
In return, she'll bring lots of love, companionship and plenty of puppy charm to her forever home!
