With Ezra joining the Thursday pack we headed out to the OG farm, and with the sun shinning decided it was warm enough for the river loop, I may have “slightly” regretted this decision once the first naked foot felt the water, but we had commits so the river (twice). Such a nice morning it called for a beach dawdle! Wild winds brought some wild antics today, so we had to slow things down down a couple of times to regroup! Ezra also made another new black and tan friend in Twigs “big” little sister Izzy who is guest appearing today and next week. Although needed a little help with her lead walking on the whole she was a fab guest!

Sad news guys, it was Awa’s last day with us đŸ„Č!

We had really hoped for a sunny day down by the river for his last adventure, as swimming is Awa’s absolute favourite thing! But alas, the weather wasn’t the best for swimming, so we decided to mission to the top instead. Just past the halfway point, Tiny (our resident lookout, Tbf he has the height for it) kindly alerted us to a UWA (Unidentified Wild Animal), so the majority of the dogs were leashed up until we reached the top!

Some of the dogs also lost their freedom on the way back down after somehow discovering lots of yummy (đŸ€ź) things that they had mysteriously managed to miss on the way up!

Although the weather wasn’t the best for it, we couldn’t let Awa’s last day go by without a little bit of his favourite thing, so right at the end we snuck down to the river for a quick dip — just for Awa!

We’re going to miss you, Awa! Your welcome back anytime!

Big day for Master Alfred as he has is first big adventure walk, on the whole he did very well. He mastered the uphill climb but was a little too keen when heading back down. He also took a big shine to Koda and I think there may be a new bromance blossoming. Here’s to many more adventures Alfred!
