Do you love animals and enjoy working in a hands-on, active environment?
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kennel Hand to join our team in Takapau.
We are ideally looking for someone available for 25–30 hours per week, however we would also be happy to consider a part-time applicant (around 15 hours per week) for the right person.

🐶 What the role involves:
• Caring for dogs, cats and other boarding animals
• Feeding, exercising and grooming animals
• Cleaning kennels, cattery areas and equipment
• Maintaining a high standard of animal welfare and hygiene
• Assisting with general property and occasional farm tasks

✅ We're looking for someone who:
• Is 18 years or older
• Genuinely enjoys working with animals
• Is physically fit and capable of handling large dogs
• Has reliable transport (rural location)
• Works well in a team environment
• Is available to work weekends and public holidays as required
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Animal care experience is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided for the right person.
