Just a friendly reminder about a few changes

- The small price increase is now in effect, I have tried my best to hold off on putting my prices up but due to increasing cost a small price increase is needed to be able to give you all the best service and care while at the salon.

- Exciting news! Me (Jaime) is now back doing my keeping in touch hours a few hours on a Monday and Wednesday. I can’t wait to see you all again ❤️

- We will be updating and checking all our client information to make sure we have the correct information about you and your dog. You will have a form to fill out at your next appointment.

- Opening hours will be changing from April to:
Monday: 2pm to 3pm
Wednesday 8.30am to 2pm
Thursday 9am to 2pm
Friday 9am to 4pm
Monday during the day (9am to 1pm) is open for training grooms only please message me for information about these grooms.

Can’t believe that’s another year gone!
Thank you to all my lovely team and to all our wonderful clients my business wouldn’t have survived if it wasn’t for you all and I am so grateful and appreciative each and every one of you.

Please make sure to give us as much notice for a cancellation if you can’t make your appointment on the day. This time of the year is our crazy time and we are fully booked till January and are running only 3 days a week due to my leave. We have a wait list but we need notice to give the people on the wait list a chance to get an appointment.
If you cancel your appointment and need another one we are sorry but it’s not going to be until January.
Reminder of fees and policies are:
Less than 24 hours notice there is a fee of $35 to be paid.
Same day or no show the fee is $50 to be paid.

Over the past few weeks there have been a few to many late cancellations and no shows happening. Which is a struggle for us small businesses. Please read the policy reminder below. Everyone will be receiving an information booklet at there appointments as well.
