Due to an oversight, two matters were not addressed at our AGM.

As a result, a Special General Meeting has been called by resolution of the Committee of the Upper Hutt Dog Training Club to vote on two important items:

1. To vote on the election of Jane Aukett as a Life Member of the club.

2. To vote on the agreement to re-register the club under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 in order to remain an incorporated society.

Note: Our updated Constitution, as required under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022, was approved, signed, and submitted to the New Zealand Companies Office in February 2023.

The Special General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 24th March 6.55pm at the UHDTC Clubrooms.
