To all my clients

Ive been taking the loss of income for a few months now but from Monday 7th September any cancelation under 24hr for any of my services; Dog walking, Pop in visits & overnights , you will be charged 50% of the cost of that booking.

Also any late paying any invoice will get a 10% free each day till it is paid. Again if you contact me prior & explain when you can pay. I will understand.

Ive been allowing people to cancel on the day for far to long. Im an understanding person where I get people plans cancel last minute or things come up but im loosing income, having slots booked & cancel where I could of had another bookings booked in etc

I hope you all understand
I will be putting this on the invoice aswell 😊
