Freeze Dried Operator

Kopu, Thames
We are looking for a reliable person to join our team and run the Freeze Drier which produces Freeze Dried Petfood. We are a dynamic petfood company servicing the domestic and export markets.
You will perform a variety of tasks with a team which involves loading, unloading, monitoring and cleaning the Freeze Drier. Responsibilities will include safe and sanitary operation of the manufacturing processing equipment and quality inspections. All training can be provided for the right applicant but a background in Food Manufacturing would be beneficial.
There maybe some cross training to various other positions within the site.
This opportunity is Monday to Friday 6am -2.30pm. There maybe an opportunity for additional hours

Production Co-ordinator

NZ Meat Processors is a leading petfood manufacturing company producing high end petfood. We need a Production co-ordinator to support the Production Team with the following tasks:

• Manage inwards and dispatch movements including booking trucks
• Produce and reconcile orders
• Schedule internal truck movements
• Manage Inventory levels and order in stock as required
• Reconcile stocktakes
• Liaise with customers re orders and delivery times

The successful candidate will have Microsoft Office skills, good numerical ability, be able to multi tasks and work well in a team environment. This is a 30-40 hour job depending on the candidates requirements. We are a growing business with opportunities to grow as the business grows.
We are located in Kopu, Thames. Thames is a great lifestyle choice by the sea.
