Fun walk Saturday, always stops to investigate scents as dogs do. Lots of energy and good for me too. I think it was 1.62 distance covered plus a car ride and has a harness on in the back. We could be going to the beach on Sunday after the walk first. The first time to the beach for Kobe, I will take photos to share. ❤️

Some absolutely good photos of Kobe today on his run. Met up with two other dogs and a lot of people. Kobe was apprehensive and a bit scared. Just went with it and we made our way onwards. I think Kobe did well today, didn't come up to me when I called him a couple of times, still not ready to off-leash, will be keeping it on. I will know when to let him off. In one photo he is laying down in the grass, a nice shot. Thank you to all the people liking the page and updates on Kobe. He's about 6 months old now. Nearly time to go to the vet for "you know what" haha. He's a loveable chap. ❤️

Beautiful sunny day for Kobe's walk today. Checking out the trees, long grass and scents, what a dog does Caught one in the car too. Is doing very well with the harness in the car. Loves the car ride. Will be taking him to the dog walkers' hangout this weekend, to get more exposure to people and other dogs. He is doing very well. He is getting some wavey fur on his back. Well done Kobe. ❤️

Some photos of Kobe's walk today. He is most interested in what is ahead by his stance in one. Having a good time running through the long grass, sniffing things out, and wading in the puddles which at the moment are not muddy. Saw a couple of people ahead of us and was intrigued. Remember his experiences are new to him. Noticed he is getting a wavy coat on his back in one of them. Enjoyable time, no doubt about that. ❤️ A big 5 and half months old on the weekend.

Photos of Kobe's walk on Friday. We did end up caught in the rain, however, continued it. Kobe is interested in other people and feels safe approaching them sometimes. I notice he has the "happy-go-lucky trot", which really looks quite quaint, tail in the air. A decent walk where I take him but taking him elsewhere also to socialise him, and introduce new things. He is connected to a harness in the back seat. Does very well. He is always coming to me when I call him. Still not ready to be let off the lease, I will know when that is. Anyways, on with the photos, he's a gem. ❤️

Kobe and I did have a walk today, however, halfway around it poured down and we both got wet. Instead of heading back to the car, we ensued the rest of the walk. He was fun getting wet, wanting coverage but none. He still had a good time, he's a happy wee chap.

Kobe's walk today. Calling him to come back to me - must say he is doing brilliantly and gets a treat. Interested in a passerby. He has a long leash which is ideal. I'm not letting him off the leash until I am satisfied he will return to me and not get distracted by other things and run off. e.g. people and dogs at the moment. ❤️

Introducing: *** Kobe ***

Kobe has come to me for walking etc. He celebrated his birthday Saturday 29th April with his family, a big 5-month-old. Spaniel cross poodle. Has had his vaccinations, worming, flea control etc.

I have the privilege of taking him for walks and a car ride to the places we visit. These photos are from the first or second walk. He got a pig's ear upon leaving and was told he munched that down in 30 minutes. He is losing his puppy teeth which is quite normal for that age. Owned by very nice people and they care deeply about him.

Funny watching him, everything is new so taking him to different locations. Saw horses on one walk, and two other dogs and people. So get him socialised with people and other dogs.

It has been a very long time since posting after Poppy passed away. It's very sad and I know her family, and friends (Poppy was well known) and I find it difficult. I haven't until recently known what to do and thought of posting memories of her. I hope people enjoy them, there are "Poppy Fans" out there. They will range from 2017 - November 2022 I hope I have worded this right. This is taken sometime when at the old home. ❤️ "Miss Poppy France" ❤️
