Clem met her stunt double. šŸ‡©šŸ‡Ŗ shepherdā€™s are basically long legged corgiā€™s after all, but Clem informs me the šŸ“󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳ó æ shepherd /cattle dog is the absolute pinnacle of dog evolution, less prone to showing off (they donā€™t do aerobatics so much) for instance, closer to the ground for scent work, and eat way less for a start. But, regardless of Clemā€™s views, weā€™re breed agnostic here at , we love all pups.

GUMBOOT UPDATE. Havenā€™t seen such prolonged ā˜”ļø for a while, esp after the drought in May. Itā€™s sodden, so gumboots are pretty vital at the mo. Weā€™re loathe to close bc so many rely on the park & šŸ• donā€™t care.
PRO-TIP thereā€™s a clean mud-free washpool RIGHT beside the šŸš˜ for šŸ„¾ & paw (and corgi undercarriages šŸ˜‚ ) rinses before home! Bring an old towel.

As the flood receded, it uncovered a steel warratah last night that washed down the stream and javelined into the swimming hole. Not ideal! Anyway, you lot are on to it, letting me know immediately and itā€™s been fished out already. So, yes, please always drop us a note if you spot unexpected new hazards
