Well-planned walkways guide you to a close-up and personal encounter with domestic and exotic animals. Children are able to feed and play with a host of farmyard animals and see the unusual character-filled emus, giant African ostriches, alpacas, Texas longhorns, several breeds of sheep, deer, goats, guineapigs, birds, kunekune pigs, ponys & Clydesdales

The park is set up with picnic spots comple

te with tables allowing you to take in the attractions at your leisure. A great observation spot at the top of the hill offers a panoramic view for miles. People with mobility problems and older folk can drive or be driven. For fun there are pony rides during weekends & school holidays, flying foxes, swings and at times bottle-fed lambs, kids and piglets. A well-stocked shop with snack foods, chips, lollies, cold drinks, ice creams, EFTPOS and, if desired, animal feed. A great DAY OUT for all the family. An educational, enjoyable experience for groups, school trips, etc and at reasonable prices.

The park rangers have just opened the main park gates so its business as usual. Sorry to all those who have arrived this morning to closed gates & have had to turn around & go home.

We are open every day except for Christmas day, from 10am till 4.30pm

Pony rides for 3yrs-10yrs go from 11.30am til around 1.30pm & are $5 a ride. (Limited tickets daily)
