Yesterday Raspberry got to supervise Lucy’s sedated dental work done by Claire from Equi-Dent LTD! Recently Lucy’s dropped a lot of weight and top line despite being fed well. Raspberry is sucking everything out of her and heading into winter I’d like to try and get a bit more coverage on her now rather than later! Watching her chew her feed I’ve not been convinced she’s doing it properly and sure enough she was pretty locked up through her teeth/jaw. I’m looking forward to seeing the difference this will hopefully make for her! Meanwhile Rasp was perfectly behaved for her first trip out of the paddock, walking over gravel and rubber mats for the first time. She tied up perfectly and figured out that that’s where she’s meant to stay! Good baby!!

The perfect way to spend the morning. Note: I have one availability for further training/schooling or starting coming up soon!

✅ Raspberry had her first full trim and was great!

✅ Griffin who’s here being re-started after a scary time the first round elsewhere went on his first hack! This was big for wee Griff who thinks the world’s out to get him. Arlo was the perfect lead though, over the lawns and through the forest over logs. Griff then lead the way home!

✅ Willow cruised down to the back of the farm where she did as asked. Moving off my leg with strong lead and leg changes, finishing with a gallop and jumping a few logs for fun! Will be sad to see her go back to her owner but I’m excited to see how she progresses!

✅ Lastly but never least, Darcy, who’s regularly put on the back burner for a few weeks and then whipped out to proceed with training, had his first canter and was perfect. Hoping to have him broken in enough to attend a few hunts this season - we shall see!

Beautiful evening rides on Willow, 4.5 weeks into being started 🙌🏼. The days are busy and this is my quiet moment ✨. I have one space for breaking or handling coming up shortly. 11.2hh Peanut had her first ride under saddle today and was absolutely perfect! Now to start getting some miles under her and some practical life experience ❤️‍🔥🦄 PM me to book your horses and ponies in to be broken in!

A busy day for the ponies!! Polly Pocket Rocket had her first ever ride and was foot perfect, bridges, water, dogs - no worries 🦄! Peanut also had her first ever ride and once again was perfect. Willow arrived to be broken in and George is here for boot camp to learn how to horse 💪🏼 Let hope the sun stays just a bit longer 🙌🏼🌞 I will have spaces opening up for starting & ground work once these guys finish so don’t hesitate to get in touch!
