Wren did it again!
The rising 6 year old mare by Vespa has been thrown some curve ball races this campaign but with some outstanding guidance by the superstar apprentice jockey Amber Riddell she got them both a well deserved win.
Bred and raced by Libby early on, she now has a passionate group of owners who are enjoying her invigorated career under young trainer Nayton Mitchell.

While it wasn’t easy shopping at the Magic Millions Gold Coast Weanling Sale, we still managed to get the ones we wanted. Patience was key today and we were rewarded in the ring.

From the hospital ward to the retirement paddock to the Winners Stall in the Rangitikei Gold Cup 🙌 Riverplate has defied the odds and rewarded the patience and investment of his owners today, and here at Highden Park it was an emotional race to watch. To successfully rehabilitate a horse to succeed at Stakes level is a moment for the memory books. Congratulations Team Campbell and Heptinstall, you are all beyond deserving 🏆

Hard to know what’s more gorgeous, the weather or the stunning line up of Highden Park yearling colts Libby inspected at BMD Bloodstock today. Some of the nicest and hopefully most talented colts we have ever brought including Jacquinot (L), Alabama Express (Centre) and Pierata (R).
Thank you to Barry and his crew for the wonderful early education they have put into these boys. Creating champions takes a special team 🙌

Last night Libby took the stage to be part of a panel of experts speaking about selecting, raising and pinhooking weanlings for the sales. It was a pinch your skin moment as she sat alongside well respected judges of the industry. Full coverage of the evening will be put up on our social media later in the week.
