🌷 Tulip Update 🌷

The second succession of tulips went in today, after a good 8 weeks of bulb refrigeration.

This is what 1,000 tulip bulbs looks like… and we’ve still got plenty more to plant over the next couple of weeks. 🌷🌷🌷

It was a big afternoon in the garden, but thankfully Henry on the H&H Digger made light work of the digging!! 😜

Now we need some cold weather to help them along with nice long stems…..

Then roll on spring! 🌷🌷🌷Can’t wait to be stocking the farm gate stand with beautiful bunches of tulips in Spring!

To our wonderful blooms n bunches community… thank you for every stop at the gate, every kind word, every bunch taken home and enjoyed.

That’s a wrap on our summer season.
We are now CLOSED until Spring.

Our summer flower season has officially taken its final bow. 🌸

The dahlias and zinnias didn’t just perform… they dazzled, wildly outdoing themselves week after week. But with cooler days settling in, even the stars of the garden know when it’s time to exit stage left. No encore this time.

At blooms n bunches, we stay true to the rhythm of the seasons, growing everything outdoors, just as nature intended. And for now, our bold summer beauties, dahlias, zinnias, and sunflowers, have whispered, “that’s enough from us.”

But don’t wander too far… 🌷

Spring is already warming up backstage, and we’ll be back with armfuls of tulips and clouds of ranunculus. If you were part of the Tulip Tribe last year, get ready, we’re turning up the colour dial with fresh varieties and new surprises.

We can’t wait to do it all again with you…

Freshly picked, beautifully bunched, and looking an absolute picture at the farm gate this Friday afternoon. These aren’t just flowers… they’re weekend starters, mood-lifters, and brownie-point builders, or as our neighbor calls them “greaser packs” all wrapped into one 💐

Fun little fact for you… Friday evenings are one of our busiest times at the stand. Last week we had three utes roll in almost at once — all legends picking up blooms for their lucky wives and partners. Honestly, top-tier effort from these blokes 👏

For just $20 a bunch, it’s a pretty easy way to kick off a great weekend (and maybe earn yourself a few extra smiles 😉).

Plenty of stunning bunches waiting for you — and who knows what a bunch of glorious flowers might lead to…never tried it, what are you waiting for???
