Wonderful to join 286 runners for Nelson’s inaugural 5k parkrun. Big tx to all the volunteers for supporting this free, fun and friendly weekly community event.

Congrats to all for participating and particularly to Ruth who has been working for months on this. I also acknowledge our NCC team of Amy Short and Bill Huppler who have been assisting in helping get parkrun here.
