The GroomShed Stress-free Dog Grooming performed by a Certified Groomer. Of course I also clip the nails. Ear cleaning and plucking is optional.

At GroomShed each pet is treated as an individual and the time is spent to ensure your pet is comfortable and happy. I offer a full grooming service, which includes two baths with quality dog shampoo and a conditioner treatment to ensure the coat comes out sparkling clean and smelling fresh. Your pooch is then blowdried and fluffed up, and fully brushed and combed out to ensure there are no knots

or tangles left at all. We don't do it by default anymore because nowadays it's believed it's better to leave them alone if there is nothing wrong with them and there isn't too much hair in them. Following this I trim your pet in either a breed standard or pet trim to your specifications, again taking the time to ensure that your pet is comfortable and as stress free as possible

Nelson Kings Birthday Champ Show – Agility 🏆🏵️

So Lulu was originally meant to be my grooming dog, but it quickly became clear that long, fancy haircuts just aren't her thing 🐩 She prefers a more practical style — one that lets her get out and explore the world!!

I eventually gave up on maintaining her long coat and we put our energy into dog sports instead. It's been a wonderful way to have fun together, and we've become a great team!!
I feel so lucky to have this dog 🩷🩷💜

Many dog owners fall victim to the idea that dog grooming should cease for the winter ❄️
It's the idea that they need their long coats to keep them warm in the winter. The problem with it is that, as the hair begins to grow longer, the at-home brushing needs to become more frequent, and at some point, it will likely become an unmanageable task.
