✨ A new chapter for Posh Paws ✨🐾

Today marks a very special day as I officially take over Posh Paws!

Firstly, a huge thank you to Tara for everything she has created and built over the years. You have created such a wonderful, safe, fun and friendly environment for our furry friends and their humans, and I feel incredibly lucky to be taking over something that has been so loved and cared for.

I know I have some big shoes to fill, and I’m excited (and a little nervous!) to step into them. My hope is to continue the legacy Tara has created while bringing my own little touch to Posh Paws along the way.

I’m so excited for what’s ahead and to meet all the wonderful dogs, their families and the Posh Paws community. Here’s to a new chapter, while keeping everything that makes Posh Paws so special. ❤️🐶

🐾 A new chapter for Posh Paws 🐾

To all my wonderful clients,

As many of my regular clients know, I’ve been struggling with a back injury for a number of months now, which has made the physical nature of dog grooming increasingly challenging. After a lot of thought, I’ve made the decision that it’s time for me to step away from dog grooming and into a new chapter.

So today, I’d like to introduce you to Evee! 🐶❤️

Evee will be the wonderful new face of Posh Paws, taking over the business as owner from 28 September.

Evee has such a genuine passion for dogs, has been a Queenstown local for the last 16 years, and I just know she will continue Posh Paws with the same kindness, empathy and dog-first approach that I’ve always tried to instil into the business. The wellbeing of every dog has always been at the heart of Posh Paws, and it was incredibly important to me that the person taking over would share those same values.

I’m also excited that Adriana, who many of you may have met over the past few weeks, will be stepping into a full-time role from 28 September. 🐾

While 28 September marks the official handover of Posh Paws to Evee, I won’t be disappearing just yet! You may still see me around throughout October as I help with the handover and make sure everything transitions as smoothly as possible for Evee, your dogs and all of you.

I honestly can’t thank you all enough for your support, kindness and loyalty over the years. Building Posh Paws into what it is today, I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve created together.

Most importantly, I’m so happy to be leaving Posh Paws in such wonderful hands. ❤️

Thank you for everything, and please give a very warm welcome to Evee as she begins this next chapter of Posh Paws! 🐾

***All bookings from 28 September onwards will be automatically transferred to either Evee or Adriana. This will include your contact details and your dog’s grooming notes, so they can continue providing the same level of care and keep your dog’s grooming history on file. If you would prefer for me not to pass on your details and grooming notes, please let me know by email before 28 September.

**A friendly reminder 🐾**

Just a reminder that, like almost every other business, payment is due when your dog is picked up and must be completed before leaving the salon.

This payment policy has been in place at Posh Paws for a year and a half and is not a new requirement.

We are always happy to answer questions or discuss any concerns respectfully. However, rudeness, aggressive or threatening behaviour towards our team is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.

We are incredibly grateful for the support, kindness and understanding we receive from the vast majority of our wonderful clients. ❤️
