Today is World Veterinary Day 🐾

Here at Prebbleton Vets, we're incredibly lucky to have an amazing team of small animal and equine veterinarians caring for your pets, equine friends, and performance horses.

Whether it's a routine check-up, emergency care, or supporting peak performance, our team is there every step of the way.

Today we take a moment to thank and appreciate their hard work, skill and commitment. We're so grateful for everything they do, every single day ❤

On Saturday, April 25th, our clinic will be closed as we pause to reflect and honour the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice.

We also take this time to remember the millions of animals who served alongside them in times of war. From horses on the front lines, to carrier pigeons delivering vital messages, and dogs detecting explosives, these extraordinary animals were more than companions — they were comrades who helped shape history.

As Monday, April 27th is the observed public holiday, the clinic will also be closed on this day.

We look forward to welcoming you back on Tuesday, April 28th.

We couldn’t resist sharing these gorgeous pups from their visit last week.

They came in for their check-up and vaccinations and were absolute superstars – happy, healthy, and full of cuddles (which our team definitely enjoyed!).
