Hey friends!

I have already let all my regulars know that for about the next three months I will be working back in clinic to cover one of our nurses who requires some time off. My clinic days are Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Most of my regulars moved across to Weds and Thursday which I kept open for walking, but that is now at capacity so I am unable to take on any new or additional clients for walking at this time.

I am still taking bookings for feeding and medicating, although I will limit the amount of bookings I take to ease my work load. I may not be able to take any last minute bookings, as I have been over the past few years of running my little business.
I have completed my first week and a half back in clinic and have loved every minute of it. I’ve been getting back in to the swing of things quickly, and enjoying working with a fantastic team again, helping clients, taking calls, doing nursing consults, dealing with emergencies, and being In surgery. I placed my first IV catheter in about 3 years today and was involved in my first proper surgery in a long time, and it felt amazing.
I will let you know when I’m back to “normal” again, but will be very busy over the next few months.

Take care and keep warm!

Lots of love

I met Bella the other week, what a beautiful soul she is 🧡 with no prior meeting she was outstandingly relaxed after her initial barking at the arrival of the strange lady - gave her food and let her in for the evening… must not have been too scary 🧡

I arrived to feed the troops and apparently we’re having a very serious meeting this morning.

Just waiting on Riblet to join us, she’s running late.

No body warned me.

Should I be scared?

Edit****

As soon as I pulled in to the vet clinic to scan her she started whining with excitement so I figured she must be a patient and sure enough she scanned in, we called the owners (left a voicemail) and I’m popping her back to her address now which we had on file at VetSmart.

Microchips are SO important! 🙂

She looks so pleased with herself

Happy to have her safely tucked away and off the road

From your helpful, caring local vet nurse ❤️
