As of 31st August, our prices will be increasing.
Over the past couple of years, we’ve done our best to absorb the increasing costs of running our business and unfortunately, we’ve reached the point where we’re no longer able to. This hasn’t been an easy decision but it allows us to continue providing the level of care, work and supervision your dogs receive every day and it also better matches the value of the service we provide as well as all the hard work that our team puts into their job.
Please see our new prices below:
Weekly attendance
1 Dog
Half day: $25.00
Full day: $40.00
2 Dogs
Half day: $50.00
Full day: $70.00
3 Dogs
Half day: $75.00
Full day: $100.00
Casual Attendance
1 Dog
Half day: $30.00
Full day: $45.00
2 Dogs
Half day: $60.00
Full day: $80.00
3 Dogs
Half day: $90.00
Full day: $115.00
Additional $5.00 fee for entire dogs over 1 year old.
We are also introducing cancellation and holding fees.
Cancellation fees:
- No shows with no notice will incur a fee of 100% of your booked service. Waived fees will only apply under special circumstances.
- Cancellations made within our notice period (24 hours) will incur a fee of 50% of your booked service.
Planned absences:
If your dog is away for longer than 1 week, a fee will be charged to hold their scheduled day/s.
1 day a week: $10.00
2 days a week: $15.00
3+ days a week: $25.00
Please get in touch with us immediately if you need to pull out, drop, add or change days or if you have any questions regarding anything at all.
Friendly reminders
Pick up & drop off times:
- If you are early for drop off, please wait in your car until we officially open @ 7am. Our morning staff have their own dogs as well as occasional boarding dogs to bring in. They also need to set up the pens and do safety checks every morning.
- Please ensure your dog/s are picked up by 5:55pm.
Accounts:
- Our accountant clears all payments on Monday’s so if your account is showing money owing, please recheck the following Monday before disputing.
- All queries regarding accounts must be made through our email ([email protected])
- Please use either the INV number (preferred) or your dog’s name as the reference - Any automatic payments are fine to continue as normal.
