I know that when dogs are left alone all day they can get behavioural problems and so regular exercise and mental stimulation is needed to break up the day. All dog walks are varied, If there is a place near you which your dog enjoys exploring then please do not hesitate to let me know. Upon return to your home your dog(s) will be cleaned, and fresh water will be put out for them. Whilst your frie
nd is out walking with me, it will be getting plenty of physical exercise as well as reward based training and being allowed to express normal dog behaviours such as sniffing, running and scenting. - As well as the occasional game of ball! Dog Walks are made as variable as possible, so your dog does not become bored of going to the same places, and walking in the same areas. The combination of physical and mental activity will help make your dog happier and calmer at home. If you have a younger or an older dog which cannot manage an hours walk,I will give it a shorter walk to suit its needs, and will then spend the remaining time playing a favourite game, or having a cheeky cuddle. - My services are always very flexible and tailored to suit your needs. On the other hand if you have a dog which you think needs longer than an hours walk I can offer a discount price "dog hike" in which your dog can be out trekking with myself for as long as you wish. I am experienced in walking and training with a range of dogs of all sizes and shapes, from all walks of life, and am currently studying canine care, welfare and behaviour which has given me a greater understanding of why our canine friends do what they do.
