Hey guys, its me Myles here, I just thought I'd come on here and let some of my K9 buddies and their humans know that it's not a good idea to leave us in the car with chocolate when you take our siblings in to get vaccinated. I mean the chocolates it's so good right......well maybe not the wrapper on the way out...it kinda scratches your throat a bit.
I was lucky and my lovely vet nurse aka Aunty Wendy was onto it so quickly, shoved something in my eye ( thank goodness not up my bum this time 😅)
Then....well the photos are all you need as evidence speaks for itself i guess ..
Please please my K9 buddies don't let your humans leave you unsupervised with chocolate.

31/08/2026 FOUND: Large entire male cat deceased on Station Road Paeroa between numbers 46-50. Unfortunately not microchipped, but in very good condition. Not a post we enjoy putting up, however thank you the kind soul that took the time to bring him in. We will hold him for 7 days in hope that we can find his owners.

Simply go online to spca.nz website. Click desex -select the Bay of Plenty Region and this will take you through the process, just remember to select Hauraki Vets, Paeroa, orNgatea.
N.B: Thames, Coromandel and surrounding area's are in the Bay of Plenty Campaign this starts on 22nd July 26, you will not be able to claim vouchers until then.

As the years end is getting closer we would like to thank all of our customers both old and new for your loyalty.
Over the Christmas and New Year period we will closing our Paeroa clinic. We will be closed from the 25th December 2025 until the 5th of January 2026. This is so our dedicated team can spend time with family and have a well deserved rest.
Both our Ngatea and Thames clinics will be open for any any emergencies.
