Rehoming a dog. Entire female just over a year old. Blue Merle cross. Absolute sweetheart and loyal but fights with other female dogs. Has jealousy and dominance issues. Therefore she should be either an only dog or with male dogs. She is a working dog but with little working experience.

RVMs & RVM Consults for farming clients
In order to buy RVMs (Restricted Veterinary Medicine) and have them on hand for times of need, you need a consult and prescription from a veterinarian. Long have I maintained that all you need is to have a discussion with me and that counts as your consult. I said there was no need to sit down once a year and do an annual RVM consult. However in current times, when farmers get an audit they need to show a printout of their annual RVM consult. If they don't have one, they fail the audit.
So I think it is time for me to accept that yes you do need to sit down with me once a year and discuss the animal health issues and practices and write the prescriptions for the year.
This RVM consult should be done by the veterinarian who does the (majority of the) clinical work on farm and knows the animal health issues and practices best.
So this post is to remind my clients that I can do the annual RVM consult for them and supply them with all the RVMs they need. This includes antibiotics, vaccines, anti-inflammatories etc.
I can often drop things off on my way past, and if I can't, I use PDC Barn as a pick-up and drop-off point. Additionally if you live out my way I can leave things in my mailbox for pick-up.
I can be contacted on 0274 781 755 or [email protected]. Email and text work best for me as I am often not able to answer my phone straight away.
Thank you
