Welcome to Whiterock K9!

A small business in New Zealand creating all things dog and shipping world wide !
Everything created is hand made with love and care with the dogs are the for front of everything we do.
Our coat design was originally created by myself over 10 years ago, I have adjusted the pattern to where it is today - allowing a full range of motion without compromising on warmth and coverage.
We use wool as our main fabric of choice due to its ability to regulate temperature and not retaining unnecessary heat.

We are home !!

Today has been spent running around collecting 🪡Sewing Machine (Victoria)
🪡Embroidery Machine (Audrey)
🪡and our newest member of the Bernina sisters Martha!
A second hand basic Betty sewing machine that will be my back up Machine going forward ensuring that we always have a Machine on hand to get your orders completed !!

We have also located a second Embroidery machine that is currently being used as a demo model so once the shop are ready to sell it we will be grabbing that too!

Starting tomorrow we will be banging through your orders as quickly as possible to get back on track.
Please bare with me as I will be working as quickly as possible but all things take time.

Our Bali holiday was absolutely amazing and I will be posting a video and all our recommendations shortly !

Another little puppy getting a pile of pretties 🩷

Little Polars has been feeling the cold so she's getting a fleece coat to help her keep warm.
Polar fleece is great for puppies because it is light weight for their little bodies to carry.

We make our puppy coats "to big" so that they have room to grow into them. Polars measured 45cm from head to tail so we made her a 55cm coat. The drop on the puppy coats is also shorter so they aren't swimming in fleece.

When it rains it pours around here 🌧
And one thing ive learnt about business is some times S* happens and that some things are completely out of my control.

🌧 Last thursday the embroidery machine broke and what i was hoping was a simple fix turns out is not and we are now waiting for parts to arrive so it can get fixed

🌧 Today my ever so trusty sewing machine also broke. Ive managed to somewhat fix it but it is still dropping stitches in Zigzag which is exactly what I need it for. This one is getting fixed on Monday then I can get the last few orders out before our holiday.

☀️ I would like to thank all of my amazing clients who have been so extremely understanding in this rather frustrating time.
We did managed to get 10 new coats and two adjustments before the sewing machine broke and they all went out today !!

Clearly both the machine and I are ready for our holiday 😅
Any orders taken from now will be completed post holiday. I am back to work on Monday the 8th of June.

Super hard to get the pink/ blue one in the right light it is brighter than what is showing here - hopfully one day i can get an accurate photo.
