Appointments are available for:
💉 Routine vaccinations
🩺 Routine healthchecks
🐶 Follow-up injections for arthritis or skin issues
🐱 Flea and worm treatments
🐈 Cat castrations
🦮 Microchipping
💅 Nail trims

Bookings are essential, and spaces are limited. Please phone the clinic on 07 3158474 to book.

Thanks to the farm manager and trustees of Tawaroa for allowing us to use their office building for this day.

BARC has funding available to help eligible families in the WHAKATANE area with the cost of dog desexing, thanks to the generous support of the SPCA.

Desexing is one of the best ways to prevent unwanted litters, reduce animal suffering, and improve the health and wellbeing of our dogs.

You may be eligible if you:
✅ Hold a Community Services Card
✅ Hold a Gold Card
✅ Or may qualify under special circumstances (case-by-case)

💙 Applying is quick, confidential and there is absolutely no judgement. This funding exists to support local families while helping prevent unwanted puppies in our community.

⚠️ Funding is limited and applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
