Had time today before the deluge ☔️🌧️ to clip my own horse.
I’m not a fan of the straight line trace at all doesn’t suit a horses body and natural lines at all… I would have tucked it up further along his tummy but he’s not the biggest fan of tummy clipping so worked with what I could.
Splendidly clean skin underneath, as all horses should be if they have been washed properly pre-clip 🛁🧼

🐴🌟 CLIPPING SEASON 2023 🌟🐴

The time is quickly approaching to start thinking about booking in your ponies for the winter season!
This year I will have some different length blades, for those requesting a clip that leaves a bit of the original coat, aswell as the ability to blend leg and face lines! A really nice, softer look, as opposed to straight, clean lines that we’re all used too.

Please note; Horses MUST be clean prior to clipping. Dirt on the skin tends to blunt our blades a lot quicker and also can create lines. Coats need to be generously shampood and scrubbed with a brush to lift the dirt out properly. Their undercoat will thank you for it! 🫧🧼🐴
