Hi all, topaz and Sam are looking for a semi retired pony that might need a good home to lease. Can be in their later years as long as they are sound. Lite work teaching young riders and maybe some farm and forest rides for fun. 13.1hh to 14.2hh Must be very safe on the ground and to ride. Happy if it needs a little training to get it soft and responsive. Must love to be loved.

Well it is official! We are selling our dream home. But we won't be moving too far, just closer to the grand babies, and have more time for some travel. I will continue to teach and do treatments with the horses but I will travel to visit our equine friends! We have some wonderful memories and I know the horses love this place so maybe an equine person can continues its development to reach its potential. With so many options its time for someone else to make it their dream home.

We have two acres of bare flat land available for permanent self managed grazing. Suitable for 2-3 horses. Good grass and water. Wooden rail fenced. Pasture management with tape is needed. Good access and handy to forestry for riding. $100. Arena can be hired separately.
Other grazing options available include use of arena and facilities including tack room and wash down area. Owner takes full responsibility for horse management. $65pw
Also looking after horses while owners are away. Does not include riding $85.
