Stella is a great family dog currently being fostered in Waipukurau and is looking for her forever home.

She has an amazing temperament and loves going for walks.
Her favourite things are car rides and chasing sticks.

Stella is absolutely amazing with children.
She grew up with a baby and is currently being fostered with a toddler, whom she is incredibly tolerant of.
She takes everything in her stride and has a lovely, gentle nature.

Stella doesn't have much interest in other dogs and does an excellent job of ignoring barking dogs while out on her walks.

She would benefit from some continued lead training as she can be quite strong and does tend to pull.

Stella is not suitable for a home with cats, chickens, or livestock.

🚨 URGENT FOSTER OR FOSTER-TO-ADOPT HOME NEEDED FOR TITAN 🚨

Titan urgently needs a foster or foster-to-adopt home.

After having to leave his first foster home, Titan was booked into kennels because I couldn't find another foster placement.
As he can be a little timid and lacking in confidence, a friend stepped in to foster him to help him avoid the stress of kennel life and build his confidence in a home environment.

Unfortunately, due to an unexpected housing situation Titan can no longer stay where he is and now urgently needs somewhere safe to go.

Meet Titan 🐶 he is originally from the Napier Pound , he's been in foster care since August 25.

Breed - Staffy/Whippet/X
Age - 14 months old
S*x - Male

He is Registered, Microchipped, Desexed,
Vaccinations done, flead and Wormed.

📍Titan is a handsome young Boy with a excitable nature and a curious spirit.
📍He loves cuddles, loves to cuddle into you when he is on the couch or in bed.
📍He is great with food.
📍He knows when im coming home he sits at the door patiently waiting.
📍He waits he sits and is patient at dinner time, he likes to sit at his bowl.
📍He is very intelligent learns quick and is pretty independant loves to hang around people and watch.
📍He is very loving he loves giving you licks to say he loves you.
📍Presently been fostered with a cat and 2 Kittens
📍Travels well in the car.
📍 Loves his walks .
📍Good around Children but would suit a home with older Children.
📍Suit a home with another Dog for company or suit someone home alot.

🏡 FOREVER OR FOSTER HOMES NEEDED 🏡

Through no fault of their own, Bron and Brody are once again looking for somewhere safe to call home.

Both dogs are currently in foster care, but unfortunately their foster arrangements are coming to an end.

🐾 Bron's foster family are heading overseas for a month, meaning he urgently needs a place to go.

🐾 Brody's foster mum is returning to work, and the property fencing is not high enough to safely contain him.
Brody will need a home with secure, high fencing and ideally someone home during the day, or a family where he won't be left alone for long periods.
He is a lovely boy who simply needs the right environment to thrive.

Our greatest wish is for both Bron and Brody to find their forever homes, where they can finally settle and enjoy the love, stability, and security they deserve.

If their forever families aren't found in time, we are also urgently seeking suitable foster homes so they have somewhere safe to lay their heads while we continue searching for the perfect match.

She came into season before her desexing appointment, so desexing will need to be completed by her new owner.

Kare is a loving, affectionate little girl who absolutely adores attention.
She will happily nudge her way under your hands for extra pats and cuddles and loves being close to her people.

She enjoys her daily walks, walks well on a lead, and has good recall off lead, generally preferring to stay close by rather than wander far.

Kare can be a little anxious and doesn't cope well with being left alone for long periods. When bored or stressed, she may dig or chew, so she is looking for a home where someone is around most of the time and can provide plenty of companionship, enrichment, and exercise.

✅ Good with other small dogs

❌ Not suited to a home with young children
❌️ Hasn't been around Cats.

Kare currently lives with a 3-year-old Foxy Terrier/X that she has grown up with and gets along well with other small dogs.

Awesome news, foster home has been found, this lovely pup Oakley has now left the pound! ❤️
He's been to the vet for his first vaccination and health check, and is now settling into his foster home.

A huge thank you to everyone who messaged, commented, shared his post, and helped spread the word.
Your support is greatly appreciated and helped this boy get the fresh start he deserved.

Now it's time for him to relax, settle in, and enjoy being a puppy while he waits for his forever family. 🐶💕

🐶 Community Rehome for Freyer & Raru 🐶

We have not met Freyer and Raru ourselves but have been asked to help find them a new home and family.

Freyer and Raru are seeking a loving home where they can stay together and enjoy the life they so deserve ❤️

📍 Location: Hawkes Bay

Meet Freyer (left) and Raru (right), two beautiful 6-year-old Whippet/Staffy/Cross girls looking for a loving home together.

These lovely ladies are well-trained, affectionate, easy-going companions who are fully Registered, Microchipped, Desexed and up to date with their vaccinations.
They are great with people, Dogs and have been around cats and been fine with them.

Their dad is currently living with terminal cancer.
His greatest wish is to keep them with him for as long as possible while knowing they have a safe and loving future ahead when he can no longer care for them.

We are hoping to find someone who can start building a relationship with them now through visits, walks, and spending time together, making any future transition as gentle as possible for both the dogs and their owner.

Freyer and Raru are a bonded pair and ideally need to remain together.
Once they know and trust you, they are loyal, loving, funny girls with so much affection to give.

To help support their move, their dad will pay for one year's pet insurance for their new home.

🐾❤️ BRON NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME ❤️🐾

Meet Bron, a handsome 14-month-old Heading Dog/X, who is looking for either a committed foster home or, even better, a forever home.

Bron is an energetic, playful boy who loves his soft toys and adores being with his people. He's a cuddly sweetheart with a big personality, and he's smart, responsive, and motivated by praise.
He's also house-trained, crate-trained, and great with teenage children.
Bron is good with other dogs and enjoys canine company.
He hasn't been around cats, so we don't know how he would react to them.

Bron does have some training needs.
He can be worried by passing motorbikes and large trucks and may lunge towards them.
Because of this, he needs someone who is physically strong, confident, and willing to help him continue building his confidence.

The good news is that Bron is already making progress, and Cheryl Trust Practitioner NZ who does theTrust Technique is willing to come on board and support his foster or adoptive family using the Trust Technique Traning
This means the right person won't be doing it alone and will have guidance to help Bron succeed.
If we are unable to find a foster home in the Hawke’s Bay area, I am willing to travel to drop Bron off to a suitable foster home who is able to help and support him.

🐾NAPIER POUND PUP 🐾

This handsome little Brindle Boy is approximately 12 weeks old, he needs a forever or foster Home.

I met this little surrendered Boy at the pound on Friday late afternoon when picking up Rocco, would have loved to bring him straight into rescue, but unfortunately I wasn't able to organise a placement in time before they closed.

I'd really love to get him out on Tuesday, but I need somewhere safe for him to go first.

He's just a baby with his whole life ahead of him and deserves the chance to grow up in a loving home.

🐶 COMMUNITY REHOME — COOKIE 🐶

📍Location: Flaxmere

Meet Cookie ❤️

Cookie is a Mastiff/Staffy/X who will be turning 6 years old on December 1st and is looking for a new forever home through no fault of his own.

Cookie was originally adopted through Pound Pooches around 3 years ago and has been a much-loved family dog ever since.

✅ Desexed
✅ Microchipped
✅ Registered until 30/06/26
✅ Vaccinated (may be due for a booster)

Cookie is great with kids and has grown up as part of the family. Because he is quite a big boy, he would probably be best suited to a home with bigger children 😊
He may look big and intimidating at first, but once you meet him, you’ll quickly see he’s just a big baby 😂❤️

He enjoys:
🐾 Walks and adventures
🐾 Running free out in the wild
🐾 FOOD — basically anything you put in his bowl 😂

Cookie has been good with most other Dogs, although little dogs can sometimes annoy him. He hasn’t been around cats, so we are unsure how he would be with them.

Cookie would probably be happiest as the only dog in the home where he can soak up all the love and attention, as he has never lived in a home with another dog ❤️

Cookie is still quite strong on the lead and can get a little scared when big trucks are coming towards or behind him, so he will need someone confident who can continue helping build his confidence 😊
Cookie will thrive in a home with someone experienced with dogs.

Reason for Rehoming:
Sadly, his family have recently had a new baby and feel they no longer have the time he deserves.
This has been a very hard decision, and they would love to see him go to a caring home where he’ll continue to be loved and included as part of the family ❤️
