. If your interests are more land-based, such as golf, tennis, bowls, cycling or horse-riding, the area offers a wealth of leisure activities and facilities. We have 2 golf courses (Mt Maunganui and Omanu) within 4km of of the complex. You can take in the sun and surf and relax on the sandy beach which is only 150m away. We have a beach access opposite the complex.

"This is our 4th time at The Terraces and it won’t be our last. The townhouses are clean, well equipped and have a great location. A fantastic beach is just across the road and it is an easy walk to the area’s major shopping centre. Two golf courses are close by and The Terraces’ management is friendly, helpful and efficient. The Mount has a lively array of cafés, restaurants and shops, as well as naturally heated salt water pools. You'll also find plenty to keep you and the kids occupied in the outdoors too - fishing, dolphin tours, blokarting and dive trips are easy to organise.
