🐾 Puppy & Basic Manners Classes 🐾
Build a confident, well-behaved dog with our small, structured training classes!
🐶 Puppy Manners (3–7 months)

Give your puppy the best start with essential foundation skills in a fun, supportive environment.
You’ll cover:
• Focus and engagement
• Play skills (including tug)
• Sit & down
• Settling calmly on a bed
• Lead walking
• Reliable recall

Day/Time: Mondays, 6:30–7:00pm, starting Monday 13 July 2026
Duration: 6-week course
Class size: Max 8 puppies
Cost: $50 for non-members; $30 for members
Location: Taieri A&P Showgrounds

🐕 Basic Manners (All ages)

Perfect for dogs needing to build or refresh their everyday manners.
You’ll cover:
• All core skills: sit, down, loose lead walking & recall
• Calm settling on a bed
• Improving focus and engagement
• Working around distractions as your dog progresses
• Introduction to shaping exercises (for dogs ready to advance)

Day/Time: Mondays, 7:00–8:00pm, starting Monday 13 July 2026
Duration: 6-week course
Class size: Small groups (max. 😎
Cost: $90 for non-members; $60 for members
Location: Taieri A&P Showgrounds

TCTC hosted its first Hoopers show on Saturday.

Our next Agility Skills class is starting on Tuesday the 10th of March from 6pm-7pm! If you have completed FDS and want to give agility a go, get in touch by emailing [email protected] to secure your place in the class! 🐶🐶Please note, the course runs for five weeks, with the first three weeks (March 10th, 17th and 24th) held on Tuesday at the A&P grounds, and the last two weeks (April 14th and 21st) held on Thursday indoors.
