Introducing my little helpers!
Ava, Arthur and Terry and Minnie and Mylee (well thats their names at the moment).
This is a first for us having a Collie puppy who thinks the washing machine needed inspecting for any clothing left behind after I’d removed the washing and hung it outside.
Brave wee lass our Ava and I had to laugh at our Cavalier puppy trying to close the door for her!
Not quite the way I’d like puppies to be washed and fluffed up!
But isnt she gorgeous!

Tonight I’m so very heart broken and sad to post that on Tuesday morning our much loved Polly (Rivendells Mistress of Magic) who stole my heart went off very peacefully over the rainbow bridge in my arms.
Such a very special girl who will always have a special place in our hearts. Polly was our first Collie and I’m so thankful to of had her come into our life when she was just turning 8 months old. Through her we have met many wonderful people and learned so much about this wonderful breed, and the art of showing and breeding and grooming double coated dogs and alot of that help with her came from Kathryn Debenham and her kind family which we are for ever grateful for too.
Polly had not had the greatest start to her life and we had to sort a few little issues out like accepting being brushed and groomed but I dont think she ever thought she was not the boss of the place. She accepted being groomed and loved a good bath and all that goes with grooming of a show dog We took her to our first show and we learnt a lot from the time we had showing her. She was a little small but had the biggest personality and loved the show ring and we had alot of fun and a few well deserved wins. At home she certainly let us know if anything was going on and often be bsrking before tgr local fire siren went off Pollys favourite activity was a fast game of fetch which im sure she knew she was the champion at. My darling wee girl loved to lean right into me when we sat together and cuddled up, I will certainly miss those cuddles and the games of fetch and all that warm love you gave us Polly. All of your puppies have done you proud too lass. Rest in peace my brave girl til we meet again.
