🐴 IMPORTANT – TERM 4 CANCELLATION POLICY 🐴

Unfortunately, due to our cancellation rate now being over 50%, we need to make some changes to our cancellation policy starting Term 4.

Our horses still need to be fed, cared for, trimmed/shod and maintained whether lessons go ahead or not. To keep RyseUp Equestrian running smoothly and help us avoid having to increase lesson prices, the following cancellation fees will apply from Term 4:

• $10 cancellation fee – this applies to ALL cancellations, regardless of how much notice is given.

• Cancellations after 10am – 50% of your lesson fee will be charged.

• Less than 2 hours' notice or a no-show – the FULL lesson fee will be charged.

🧾 Cancellation fees will be invoiced monthly.
At the end of each month, invoices will be sent out for any cancellation fees owing from that month.

🌧️ If I cancel lessons due to weather, there will be NO charge.

🏖️ Going away or need to put lessons on hold?
Absolutely no problem! If you let me know in advance that you're going on holiday, have something coming up, or need to pause lessons for a period of time, there will be no cancellation fee.

I completely understand that sickness and unexpected things happen — unfortunately, with such a high number of cancellations, I can no longer absorb the cost of holding lesson spaces that aren't being used.

Thank you so much for understanding and for supporting our little riding school and, most importantly, our wonderful horses and ponies. 🐴❤️
