Hi clients,
Over the past few weeks I've had several no show clients and last minute (within 48hrs) cancellations. It is my policy to charge 50% of the fee within 48hrs and 100% for on the day cancellations. This is at my discretion so some situations I do not charge for. Up until now I haven't asked you to sign a service contract but it is common sense that you would be charged if you cancel last minute as I am unable to fill that space and my business suffers, I also have to try and fit your dog in another day which can be weeks away if I'm full. I am currently working on a consent/contract form to save any future misunderstandings. Thanks for reading, I appreciate your understanding and continued business 🙂
