💛 A little reminder about invoices 💛

I completely understand that times are tough for everyone at the moment, and I truly do appreciate that things can be financially difficult. However, times are also challenging for small businesses, and I currently have hundreds of dollars in outstanding invoices waiting to be paid.

Invoices are sent with a same-day due date, and being able to pay by invoice after your dog’s groom is a courtesy I’m happy to offer — but unfortunately, if invoices continue to go unpaid on time, this may be something I can no longer provide. I do have eftpos available in the cabin and can accept cash as well.

Just like going to the supermarket or the hairdresser, payment is generally expected when the service or purchase has been provided. We wouldn’t normally expect to take our groceries home or have our hair done and then pay the bill two weeks later.

If you do need a little extra time to pay an invoice, I completely understand ❤️ Please just have a chat with me before your dog’s groom so we can arrange this beforehand and I know what to expect.

I really value all of my clients and appreciate your understanding and support of my small business. 🐾💛

Thank you!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Gigi and what a pleasure it was, absolute sweetie pie! 😍🐾

Some dogs leave paw prints on your heart, Gus was one of those special dogs.

His sweet quiet nature, the way he would lean into me and rest his head on my shoulder while I groomed him, he was one of a kind and will be sorely sorely missed.

My thoughts are with his lovely family, Gus knew exactly how loved he was ❤️
