If your pet is chipped, but not linked to you, they can't be reunited.
We come across many chips that aren't linked to a person or organisation.
We scan chips routinely at yearly visits & check the chip is registered.
If your animal has a microchip, it's up to you to keep all the details accurate & current.
Just login to the Comapnion Animal Register with the chip number to access the details. If you don't know the chip number, ask your vet - they may have it on record. Or make an appointment to bring the pet to the clinic to be scanned.
