Emma 's Dog Grooming I have been a dog groomer for 15 years and today its still my greatest passion. Home based grooming in a quiet loving environment.

I only do what the dogs feel comfortable with. I cater for nervous/fearful dogs. No restraint

Full groom Includes:
A bath, blow‐dry, brush and comb, nails cut, ears plucked and a**l glands expressed (if needed) and a full haircut all over. Small dogs: from $65
Medium dogs: from $75
Large dogs: from $85

Bath and

tidy includes:
A bath, blow‐dry, brush and comb and basic trimming of the face,bottom and paws etc. Also a**l gland expression (if needed) and ear plucking on request. Small dogs: from $50
Medium dogs: from $60
Large dogs: from $70

Bath only includes: suitable for short haired dogs staffy, jackrussel etc. A bath, blow-dry , de-shed and nail trim. From $45

Puppy intro groom includes: suitable for pups 12 weeks on wards
A bath,blowdry, brush comb basic trimming of the face, bottom, paws etc. This is just to introduce everything slowly and make their first grooming experience as positive as possible with loads of positive praise and fun play. From $45

Christmas month

Please ensure you are here at the time of your appointment. Being 5 or even 10 minutes late sets us behind really far as we are pushed for time as it is.
If you are 10 minutes late we will be refusing the groom and booking you in after the Christmas rush. 🙂

As of the beginning of next year if you are Late to your appointment there will be a $5 fee up to the 10 minutes after those 10 mins pass you will be refused grooming that day and to be booked at another time as we run on a very tight schedule to allow collection of our children.
payments that are made late after the day of grooming this will incur a $20 fee.

WINTER IS HERE!!
We need to all make sure we keep up grooming your dog during the colder/winter months to keep on top of those knots caused with the wetness!
We don’t have to take any length off but bath and tidies are great during this time to keep them clean, knot free and able to see 🥰
Keep in mind not to keep jumpers on 24/7 as this also creates alot of knotting where they rub.

We have a cancellation list that you are welcome to message to be put on. They will be short notice appts when we call however and we will move down the list as you are on it.

Important information for you to please read regarding your December bookings.
This is a huge time of year for all groomers so we appreciate your patience.

We are super busy and have tried our best to fit you all in.
- Your appointment may take longer than normal, please wait for us to text you when your dog is ready to be picked up. Showing up before you receive a message can put us behind even more and we may not be able to complete everyone’s grooms
Once you receive the message that your dog is ready we would appreciate it if you could please pick up within 30 minutes to prevent to many being left a long time.
- We appreciate 24 hours notice for a cancellation, there will be a late cancellation fee of $40 if failed to do so. There will also be a no show fee of $50 if there is no contact.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to re book you at another time.
Thank you for taking the time to read the information above and we can't wait to see all your fur baby's in December for their Christmas groom.
