Wow 🥹

Last show of the Wanganui Tri Series today ✨

Harlow won the fashion in the field! 🏆(Her first time entering) wee Adley was also placed

HUGE thank you to Paula Glasgow for providing Rocky for Harlow to compete in this class, even matching his browband to her outfit 🥰 very grateful!

Besides a wonderful day in the lead rein ring, Adley went on to win Overall Rider of the series!!! (Points counted from all rider classes)

To say I’m proud is an understatement 🥹

At only 5 years old, for Adley to win this across all rings over all 3 shows is huge, she is over the moon, all of her hard work being rewarded.

Huge thank you to Storm Hope for the very generous prizes with this sash 🩷

I was also very grateful to win the Overall best presented exhibit of the series 🏆
Were we won 6 out of 6 best presented classes 🥰

I love this product, my horse is often grass affected and neurotic Since he has started on support he is eating (that’s always been hit and miss) including 4x as much hay and is much more settled in his day to day life. Show number 2 done of the Wanganui Tri Series 🤍

Huge thank you to everyone for the advice and help with Piper this week, we weren’t sure if we would end up here today or not, but Piper is back to her usual self and was very good today 🥰

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and it was a bonus to have some lovely wins too!

Piper won her classes in the led section, then Adley went on to win the Fashion in the field! 🏆🥇
We were both over the moon, it was very exciting with lovely comments from the judges

Then onto Lead Rein were Adley was the judges choice again in the Lead Rein section 🏆🥇 over all a very fun and successful day all round

Proud of Adley for persevering this week and riding so well today, winning her rider class too!

We have also won 4 out of 4 best presented classes thanks to Equi-Smart products 🫧

A huge thank you to everyone who responded to my post, wether it was commenting, private messages or phone calls 🩷 I really appreciate you all

After a stressful night and morning of Piper still not settling or eating, I have given her another bath, cut her paddock into a 3rd of the size and found a life saving enrichment activity that has taken her mind off it all!

A Health Horse stay ball from Equi-Smart has been a life saver! Keeping her occupied and taking her mind off the alien in the distance 😮‍💨

She’s very tucked up but will hopefully start eating as normal now that she’s pre occupied, since she wasn’t interested in having a friend!

Needing some advice please 🥹

One of our neighbouring properties is a dairy farm, one of the cows got through the fence today and was walking around our direct neighbours property.

Piper sees these cows from a distance all the time, but she has absolutely lost her mind about this. It may as well be an alien, as she started with snorting for 30 minutes and running, turned into paddock running for 5 hours straight- the cow had been gone for 4 1/2 hours prior.

4 rug changes as sweated right through and washed, and she’s still doing it! Completely wired I’ve never seen her like this 😓

I’ve put her into a yard to stop her running, but she’s still walking the yard and refusing to eat, we have a show in 3 days so can imagine the weight loss too but also I don’t like seeing her like this.

I’m unsure why she’s not getting over it if the cow is long gone.. she can still see some in the distance and is not coping, it’s like she thinks they will all escape and get too close 😅

Leave her yarded until the show? I feel like stress paste wouldn’t work if she’s this wired?
