⭐️George is getting a glow up ⭐️
7 months between photos and it’s taken every ounce of control not to throw all the feed at him and get him round.
Letting down can be especially niggly when you don’t live in the Waikato with that epic grass and George arrived in October to a dry Hawkes bay 😅
💪George raced for 7 or 8 years and is quite a narrow horse, so it’s taken a while to get him looking like this & I find the small round nuggety ones put on the weight and keep it better than the tall lanky ones…
George is tall and lanky🤦♀️
But I wanted to keep George’s brain happy because he’s bloody cool and let his body adjust, take it slow and gosh it’s been worth it.
All he’s been getting is
