Hey team… meet Donahugh, also known as DONALD. 🐣💛

Donald is a very odd little emergency drop-off who we saw a post asking for help for, and we immediately raised our paws to assist. 🐾

He arrived with very little in the way of supplies, so we’re determined to give this little guy the best possible start and make sure he has everything he needs to feel safe, settled and loved. ❤️

So tonight, we start with the basics: warmth, quiet, comfort and a calming heart — and we hope with everything we have that this little guy makes it through the night. 💔

It’s always scary taking on an emergency case with so many unknowns, but Donald is here now, and that means he has someone fighting for him.

Come on, Donald. You’ve got this. 🐣💛

Please keep this little guy in your thoughts tonight.

📢 A Little Update About Messenger Contact 🐾❤️

We wanted to share a little update with our wonderful supporters regarding how you can get in touch with us.

Over the past little while, we’ve been receiving a very high number of Messenger calls. Unfortunately, Messenger calls come directly through to our personal mobile phones, and we’ve found that the frequent calls can be quite difficult to manage while we’re working, spending time with our families, or attending to our own personal commitments.

As a small charitable rescue, we run Flawless Paws around our everyday lives, work and other commitments. We absolutely love what we do, but we also need to make sure we have some separation between rescue life and our personal lives so that we can continue doing this work sustainably. ❤️

Because of this, we have made the decision to remove the Messenger option from our page.

Please keep in mind that the charity phone stays at our rescue site when we are away, so we may not always be able to answer calls straight away. This is why text messages and emails are our preferred methods of contact — they allow us to get back to you when we’re available and able to give your message the attention it deserves. 💕

We know this change may be a little inconvenient, and we really do appreciate your understanding. We promise we’re not trying to make it difficult to reach us — we’re simply trying to find a way to balance rescue life with everything else that goes on behind the scenes.

Every message, donation, foster application, adoption enquiry and offer of help means so much to us. We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who supports Flawless Paws and helps us continue caring for the cats who need us. 🐱❤️

The F.P. residents are currently hard at work on quality control — a very important job, obviously.🐾Once they’ve given their official seal of approval, the blankets will be passed on to the cats and kittens in our care to snuggle up in.
